UK toy blog vinylabuse.com did a quick write up on the grunmicros...

The writer, OKKLE sent me a funny note telling me that the flatter headed grunmicro looks a little like these robots from the Smash Potatoes advert from the 60s...

They are a lovely green color with neon yellow wires and glow in the dark wire connections. new slobots

Created for “Tokyo Plastic - King of the Monsters” Show that opens April 26, 2008 at Toy Tokyo’s Gallery “Showroom NYC” in the East Village at 117 Second Avenue, 2nd floor.

This Slobot is a custom 12" Tokyo Plastic Kokeshi or Geisha figure. Included in the construction are a mirrored eye, clear acrylic and moveable arms, unbelievably cool "cables" on the back, and a custom yellow to green fade paint job.
